Terms of Service

These terms explain the ground rules for using Anthem and the public sharing pages on gigbooking.app.

Effective date: June 24, 2026

Using Anthem

Anthem helps artists, promoters, venues, and other live-event collaborators create profiles, post events, fill slots, apply, invite, message, handle lineup changes, and share public marketplace pages.

You may use Anthem only if you can form a binding agreement and your use follows these terms, Apple sign-in requirements, App Store rules that apply to your app install, and all laws that apply to you.

Accounts, Profiles, and Listings

You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity on your account, and keeping your sign-in credentials and devices secure.

Artist, promoter, host, and venue profiles; events; slots; applications; invites; messages; media; links; and other materials you add to Anthem should be accurate, lawful, and yours to share.

Do not create fake events, misleading profiles, unavailable venue listings, spam applications, deceptive booking offers, or content that makes another user believe you represent a person, band, venue, promoter, or organization when you do not.

Coordination Marketplace

Anthem is a coordination marketplace for the pre-event booking workflow. We are not a party to independent booking agreements between artists, promoters, venues, attendees, or other users unless we separately say so in writing.

Anthem does not currently process payments, sell tickets, provide contracts, escrow money, verify every user, guarantee attendance, or act as an agent, manager, promoter, venue operator, employer, insurer, or safety provider for users.

Users are responsible for deciding whether to work together, confirming booking details, honoring commitments, handling pay or door splits outside Anthem, permits, taxes, contracts, insurance, safety requirements, age restrictions, accessibility needs, and any other obligations connected to an event.

Public Pages and Sharing

Some event, profile, venue, lineup, slot, genre, city, media, and link information can be visible on public web pages so shared links work for people who do not have the app installed.

Applications, invites, direct messages, and booking negotiations are not intended to be public pages, but you should still avoid sending information you are not allowed to share.

Do not publish private addresses, confidential booking terms, private contact details, misleading claims, unsafe instructions, or sensitive information in fields intended for public marketplace discovery.

Search, Suggestions, and Alerts

Anthem may use profile details, location or city, genres, event status, slot needs, applications, invites, confirmations, cancellations, message and response activity, and similar marketplace signals to power search, recommendations, ranking, replacement-slot alerts, and other discovery features.

Suggestions are assistive. They are not guarantees that a user is available, qualified, safe, legally permitted to perform, likely to respond, or required to accept a booking.

You are responsible for making your own booking decisions and for avoiding unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, or unsafe use of marketplace search and recommendation tools.

User Content

You keep ownership of content you submit. By adding content to Anthem, you give us permission to host, display, process, resize, transmit, and share it as needed to operate and improve the service.

You must have the rights needed to upload or share any names, images, recordings, artwork, trademarks, links, or other materials you provide.

Trust, Safety, and Prohibited Conduct

Do not use Anthem to break the law, harass others, impersonate people or organizations, spam users, scrape the service, interfere with security, upload malware, misuse notifications, pressure users into unsafe arrangements, or post content that is deceptive, exploitative, hateful, or otherwise harmful.

We may use profile completeness rules, rate limits, reporting, blocking, moderation, and account restrictions to protect users, reduce spam, and keep the marketplace useful.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or preserve records when we believe it is necessary to protect users, the service, the marketplace, or our legal rights.

Third-Party Services

Anthem may link to or integrate with third-party services such as maps, analytics, messaging, app stores, payment providers, or external websites.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

If you download Anthem from the Apple App Store and we do not provide a separate custom end-user license agreement through Apple, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies to the app license in addition to these service terms.

Service Changes

We may update, add, suspend, or discontinue parts of Anthem as the product evolves.

We may also update these terms. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service or another appropriate channel.

Disclaimers and Liability

Anthem is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that every listing is accurate, that every user will follow through, or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or event-related losses arising from your use of Anthem.
